Our van shelving solutions saves you time and money, helping you to maintain a van so organized that you’ll never have to start a sentence with “Where did I put my..” again. Our brackets attach to the existing factory holes within your vehicle, meaning they can easily be installed and removed without damaging your van. With a clever range of accessories that can be customized and adjusted within the frames, our van shelving solutions can evolve with you as your requirements change over time.

Cargo items that are not secured safely can pose as safety hazards, especially in the events of sudden braking or collisions. Storing tools and items in a van shelving system that is specifically configured for them not only provides improved load security, but also creates a convenient space for organization - minimizing the risk of minor injuries from unnecessary rummaging in the load area of a poorly organized van. bott Smartvan van racking undergoes rigorous crash testing under EU ECE / R17 standards and regulations, meaning you can feel safer no matter the circumstances.

Whether it be small, medium, or large, we offer van racking for most popular vans available. You can check if we have a solution for your van by visiting our vehicles page. If your van is not listed, please get in touch with the bott Smartvan team, who will be happy to help. Note: Mounting points in your van vary depending on the manufacture date, wheelbase and height of your vehicle. Be sure to double/ triple check that your van's spec matches with what we have online, as our brackets are designed specifically to these variables.

Every van manufacturer incorporates mounting points within the floor, walls and ceiling of the load space of the van. bott Smartvan shelving has been designed so that the van-specific mounting brackets install directly to these points, eliminating any need to drill into the walls of the van.

We offer a durable 1/2 inch water-resistant plywood floor - fully profiled to your van and complete with a durable, non-slip, grey coating. We don’t currently offer side-linings on our online store, but it is possible we'll have them very soon.

Unfortunately we do not have any representatives at present, as we offer this solution as an online purchase only. The good news is our show van can often be found out and about, on the road and attending events all throughout the US! You can view a list of our upcoming events here.

To enable us to provide customers with the quickest service possible, all our modules are sold as a standard product – an “off the shelf solution”. Due to this, we can only supply the standard modules we have available on our website. The shelving and accessory storage options within most modules can be swapped around to create unique configurations for yourself, however. Meaning you can customize your shelving to suit your individual needs and requirements. Visit our accessory store for more parts that can fit into your racking. If you truly require a customized solution that our pre-set modules cannot accommodate, you can contact us.

Once your chosen shelving has been installed, you will have everything you need to get started; enabling you to be more efficient and organized from the get-go. The best part is, as our system is modular you can build and change your solution over time to help spread the cost. You may find that as your tools, or work style, changes over time, you’ll want to add or swap parts for different ones. To do so, simply visit our accessory shop, select what’s right for you and you’ll be able to switch it up in no time!

We understand the load capacities of each van is an important consideration when looking for a suitable van shelving system. This is why all of our bott modulo3 systems are made from lightweight, pressed steel, meaning that they are significantly lighter than most ply-wood racking solutions. You can review the weight of every module within the technical information tab when selecting the shelving solution best for your needs.

The power tool case holders are 20in wide x 11 7/16in deep internally. There is no set height measurement, as the gap between accessories can be adjusted to suit the specific user’s needs.

Our anti-slip load mats measure in at 24 7/16in x 32 5/16in.

Our raised floors mount to, and are supported by, the shelving frames on either side, closes to the back doors. It is not possible to install our raised floors without having both of these modules in place.

As our system is designed to be compatible with manufacturer fitted floors, as well as with our own flooring options, you don’t have to have a bott Smartvan floor for your shelving system to be compatible. However,(if you would like a professional new interior to match your new shelving) you will need to remove any pre-existing flooring.

If you have a van shelving module installed to both sides of the cargo area, the load space in between varies depending upon the size of the van. Our frames allow the shelving and accessories to truly hug the contour of the van walls, maximizing the space in between.

The height of the deck kit is 14 3/4in but it can be installed at lower heights in 1 inch increments. The highest mounting point will leave 12 5/8in usable underfloor height. The kit comes with a 12 5/8in high central partition which will only work if the deck is installed at the recommended 14 3/4in height. Note: We always recommend installing the central partition to achieve the maximum UDL weight load.

In short…yes! Our shelving is designed to allow room for ply lining on the side walls of your van. Because ply lining is generally fitted post-manufacture, there are instances where you may need to trim it slightly to gain access to the existing van fixing points where the brackets are secured. If in doubt or unsure, feel free to get in contact with our super helpful team who’ll be more than happy to help.

We recommend you prepare the following tools to install a full setup, though you may not require all of these depending on the product you’re installing.

bott Smartvan is an online only, self-install product - designed to bolt into the existing mounting points within your van. Full step-by-step install instructions will be provided with your kit. Our friends at Mercedes-Benz in Westchester, Ohio and Oregon Design Co in Portland, Oregon (@oregondesignco on Instagram) are also factory trained on installing bott Smartvan equipment and will install it in any van. If you'd like to learn more about getting equipment installed for you, feel free to give us a call.

We guarantee our orders to deliver within 10 business days of purchase. This can vary anywhere from 2-10 depending on your location and weather and traffic conditions.

We ship your van shelving on a pallet inside a custom-made box to prevent damage in transit. Because your order is delivered palletized, please ensure there is suitable access to your delivery address for a large delivery truck. Residential addresses and businesses without loading docks will require a smaller truck equipped with a lift gate*.

Small accessory orders will ship via UPS.

*Please note, a $125 lift gate surcharge will apply to all delivery addresses without access to a loading dock or forklift truck.

We can deliver to a nominated 3rd party. If you choose this option, be sure to let them know to expect the delivery.

We currently do not offer delivery slot options at checkout. If you would like to postpone delivery for any reason, please call us immediately so we can hold the order before it ships. We can hold your order for a maximum of 7 days. While we cannot control the exact delivery schedule, we will provide your freight tracking details. Most freight delivery companies will set delivery appointments for residential addresses where a time window will be provided.

Due to the high value and large size of shelving orders, you will need to be available to sign for delivery. Please carefully check over your order before signing, you will need to sign as damaged if there is any.

We do ship to these locations; however, we would have to get a freight quote. If you're interested in our equipment and would like it shipped outside of the contiguous US, we recommend using a 3rd party forwarding service. We can ship the order to their hub within the contiguous US and still apply our conventional shipping prices (free for orders over $2,500). Note: Additional duties and fees will apply to orders shipping to Canada.
